What is my order status?
When your order was submitted, you would have been told immediately if it was processed successfully, or if it was unable to be processed.

If it was processed successfully, you would have received an email receipt from www.bettydream.com with additional order details and fulfillment information.  If your order was not successfully processed, you would have been told immediately, and provided a reason why your order could not be completed.

 

How to find my order?

First, youc keep/remember the order info yourself.

Second, write down your order ID and then ask our custom service

Third, you will be told by our company in 24 hours.

 

How to order online efficiently?

First of all, you should add our MSNs or Yahoos, or through the email to tell us the products ID you want.

Second, wait for us to contact you.
